NICHOLAS MOORE, PT, DPT, OCS, FAAOMPT

Physical Therapist

My belief and knowledge is that the human body is usually much stronger and more resilient than we know and certainly more so than we’ve been told. It is not a weak pile of bones about to topple over at the slightest breeze, but resilience does take work. Resilience is simply the body’s ability to come back from injury or loss of function.

I have education and experience in exercise physiology, personal training, coaching, strength training and power lifting, as well as competing as a collegiate track and field athlete. I graduated from physical therapy school in 2013 and went on to compete a 2 year manual therapy certification followed by becoming a board certified therapist in Orthopedics (2017). In 2019, I completed a fellowship in Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy which is a top designation only 2% of therapists nationwide accomplish. Additionally I am certified in dry needling.

My passion is to come alongside hurting people and work with them to find the best way forward without being the hindrance to them getting better. Since one size does not fit all, we’ll often accomplish the task through a variety of means. If you don’t want to work, I might not be the therapist for you.

RACHEL DABUL, PT, DPT, OCS

Physical Therapist

Originally from Virginia, I became interested in physical therapy as a young soccer player. I have a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from University of Virginia, and I graduated from University of Pittsburgh in 2015 with my Doctor of Physical Therapy. Since then, I completed a residency training program through Regis University, and I am now board certified in orthopedics.

Additionally, I am certified in dry needling.

More recently, I have completed training related to pelvic floor physical therapy. Your pelvic floor is made of the same types of muscles, ligaments, and bones found throughout your body, and thus plays a vital role in movement. If you struggle with pelvic pain, incontinence, organ prolapse, constipation, or many other pelvic conditions, physical therapy is likely to help. It also often plays a role in conditions such as chronic low back or hip pain. Of course, pregnancy can

be a trigger for many of these issues. You can seek treatment before, during, and after your pregnancy for both prevention and treatment.

My job is to meet you where you are and help you move forward. When you come for an evaluation, we will discuss not only your condition, but your goals and options for treatment. We can use a variety of tools and techniques to optimize your recovery so you can get back to life as you knew it…or start something new!
